STUDY ABROAD

The Study Abroad Program of the International School is an interdisciplinary division that offers numerous opportunities for students from around the world to come and study in Haifa. We run joint programs with various faculties and departments at the university and invite accomplished faculty from all departments to teach our courses in English. Matriculated Israeli students are invited to take these courses as well, and reciprocally, students from the International School with Hebrew proficiency, are welcome to take courses in other departments and faculties.

We offer academically challenging programs that will expand your intellectual horizons in new subject areas, as well as help you advance in your major area of study. You will have many opportunities to use your Hebrew and Arabic language skills when you meet Israelis in the classroom and on campus, work with them through the internship and volunteer opportunities, and live with them in the university dormitories.

Our extensive schedule of social activities allows you to travel throughout the country and gain in-depth familiarity not only with the history of ancient Israel, but with the face of the contemporary country as well.
